can someone please help me find a webpage featuring an argument for gun control. I can find plenty of gun enthusiast's opinions in the NRA archives about why we should be allowed to bear arms. But, I am having trouble finding pages representing the opposite. I am looking for an essay-type page, but not an essay someone wrote for school or something, just an argument, with facts, fighting for gun regulation or even the complete banishment of firearms. oh and extra kudos to the person that can help me find a breakdwon (in plain english) of that Washington DC courtcase: District of Columbia v.
